YOGA & MEDITATION (for Adults)
In these sessions, we work towards feeling oneness with the whole you (body, mind and soul) in the form of a slow, rejuvenating and relaxing practice that involves simple yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation techniques.
Group sessions are held during the week, and one-on-one sessions can also be done on appointments.

Yoga for Kids
Sessions that build and expand mindfulness and body awareness in children using traditional and contemporary physical exercises. The intention is also to instil love and compassion towards the self at an early age, extending then to the world around them, building a more self-aware future generation.

Curated sessions with experienced meditators are designed to allow one to ease into the practice of meditation.
These can be group or one-on-one sessions as per the dynamics of the situation.
