Idhya began with a simple truth — that healing is already within us. What we need most is a safe space to feel, release, and reconnect. That is the space our founders, Gouri Deshmukh and Shilpa Thaker, created: one where facilitators are nurtured, participants are supported, and healing unfolds naturally
